O adiamento se deu em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1rios l\u00edderes que solicitaram mais tempo para analisar e discutir sobre as poss\u00edveis mudan\u00e7as. Entre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pela MP 927\/2020 est\u00e3o as possibilidades de teletrabalho, ado\u00e7\u00e3o do banco de horas em caso de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades, concess\u00f5es de f\u00e9rias coletivas e antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias e feriados. O texto foi aprovado pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e est\u00e1 aguardando a vota\u00e7\u00e3o do Senado para ser transformado em lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-84dif\">Um dos pontos mais criticados dessa medida \u00e9 a preval\u00eancia dos acordos individuais sobre os coletivos. Grande parte dos senadores acreditam que essa decis\u00e3o seja negativa, pois d\u00e1 margem para a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de acordos que sejam desvantajosos para os trabalhadores, j\u00e1 que a escolha de demitir est\u00e1 na m\u00e3o do empregador. De acordo com senador Rog\u00e9rio Carvalho essa mudan\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m diminui for\u00e7a da representa\u00e7\u00e3o sindical e, consequentemente, a for\u00e7a dos trabalhadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-fui4h\">Essa MP tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de banco de horas para empresas que interromperam as atividades, mas mantiveram o v\u00ednculo de emprego. Essa compensa\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser feita em at\u00e9 um ano e meio, contando a partir de dezembro. Para isso ser\u00e1 permitido a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o em at\u00e9 duas horas do turno habitual, desde que n\u00e3o exceda 10 horas di\u00e1rias de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-7luja\">Entretanto, aqueles trabalhadores que tinham horas extras com prazo de antes do dia 22 de mar\u00e7o, tem direito de receb\u00ea-las de forma remunerada. Outro ponto que gerou muitas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es foi a possibilidade de parcelamento de d\u00e9bito trabalhistas por at\u00e9 60 meses.
